Type NH Fuse Bases and Microswitch Accessories
DENCO supplies Type NH fuse bases from 2A to 2000A at 690V in sizes 000, 00, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, plus microswitch accessories for NH fuse-links. The Type NA fuse comes with a microswitch mounted, and the Type THS-F adapter fits a microswitch to square body fuses, in accordance with DIN 43653 and DIN 43620.

Base ratings by size: size 4 bases cover 800A to 1250A and size 5 bases cover 1400A to 2000A, both at 690V. The size 5 base drawing lists copper bars, a silver-plated copper clamp, a steel spring, a premix isolator rated 1000V, a steel plate and a screw and bolt set. The matching size 5 fuse is high breaking capacity at 500V / 660V / 690V in gL/gG, aR/gR and gTr categories, according to DIN 43620/3 and VDE 0636/21.
The microswitch unit slips onto the gripping lugs of the NH fuse-link and connects with a 6.35 x 0.8 mm flat plug-in contact. Blown fuse trip indicator Types NA and NF are shown. The catalog notes that strikers operate parallel to the fuse and are not fuses themselves, so they must be used in combination with fuses.
