What we collect

When you send a quote request we collect the name, email address, company, phone number and message you provide, together with any technical details or file you attach.

Why we collect it

Solely to answer your inquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quotation. We do not sell it.

Attachments

Drawings and photographs you upload are used only to identify or specify the product you need.

Analytics and spam protection

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how pages are found and used. Visitors in the UK, Switzerland and the European Economic Area are not measured and no analytics or advertising cookies are set for them, because consent for that storage is denied by default and this site does not ask for it.

Nothing you type into a form is ever sent to analytics. When a quote request is delivered we record only that an inquiry of a given kind was sent — never your name, email address, telephone number, company, part numbers or message.

Our forms are protected by a hidden field that automated submissions fill in and people do not. No third-party spam service receives what you type.

How your inquiry reaches us

Quote requests are delivered to DENCO by email through Mailgun, an email delivery provider in the United States, together with any file you attach. They are not stored in a database on this website.
