9F62 Bolt-On E-Rated Transformer Fuses, 5.0kV to 15.5kV

DENCO's bolt-on E-rated fuses bolt directly to bus or terminals. The catalog lists them at 5.0kV, 5.5kV, 7.2kV, 8.25kV and 15.5kV from 10E to 1200E, with 50kA to 65kA interrupting ratings, in single, double or triple 3-inch (size D) barrels. A 9F62 EJO-1 general purpose bolt-on range covers 300A to 900A at 50kA.

Each rating group has its own catalog prefix: D5.0B (5.0kV, 1200E), D5.5B (5.5kV, 10E to 900E), D7.2B (250E to 400E, 65kA), D8.25B (8.25kV, 125E to 200E, 50kA) and D15.5B (15.5kV, 200E and 300E, 50kA). At 5.5kV, 10E to 450E fuses are 16.26 in (413 mm) long with a 17.88 in (454.2 mm) bolt-on center, while 450E to 900E fuses are 22.37 in (568 mm) long with a 23.73 in (603 mm) center; Figs. 1 to 3 cover the barrel arrangements. Mounting slots are 0.44 in x 0.91 in (11.1 x 23.1 mm).

The 9F62 EJO-1 general purpose bolt-on fuses are rated in amperes: DKCB at 5.5kV from 500A to 900A (19.68 in / 500 mm long, 17.81 in / 452.4 mm bolt-on center, suitable indoors or outdoors) and DKED-300A at 15.5kV. The E-rated bolt-on tables are marked suitable for indoors or enclosure only.
